$800 Donation- Provides one year of SCHOOL FEES + BOARDING, Form 1-4 (8th-11th grades)

Peace by Piece is partnering with Edmund Rice Secondary School, a private, boarding school located in Arusha, Tanzania.  Edmund Rice has a wonderful reputation, provides a high quality education, and offers  a wide variety of classes and extracurricular activities. Peace by Piece board members have visited the school and communicate regularly with the school’s headmaster. We are convinced Edmund Rice will be a vehicle for transformative change for our students.

All of our boarding scholarship recipients lived at Peace Matunda Orphanage until they graduated from primary school.  They are hard-working and accomplished, passing their national exams as well as the rigorous entrance exams to Edmund Rice Secondary School. 

An $800 donation will cover:

• Room and board
  
• School fees
  
• Transportation to and from school during breaks
  
• $25 spending money per semester
